Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in solar energy, renewable energy, or home services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient.
- Valid driver's license required due to travel within New York State.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers using pre-qualified leads to introduce NY State Solar products and services.
- Deliver informative and persuasive sales presentations highlighting the benefits of solar energy.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their energy needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Follow up with leads and close sales to achieve or exceed targets.
