About The Position

Green Energy Windows and Doors works with a leading manufacturer to bring window and door solutions directly to homeowners in targeted neighborhoods. By reinvesting advertising spend back into local communities, the company helps strengthen neighborhood visibility while creating a more personal, retail-focused customer experience. This approach combines product education, relationship-building, and community presence to support homeowners as they explore improvement options for their homes. In this role, you will play a direct part in helping homeowners understand the value of high-quality window and door solutions and move confidently toward their next step. This is a customer-facing sales opportunity for someone who enjoys building trust in person, guiding conversations around value and budget, and creating a strong experience from initial interest through consultation.

Requirements

  • Experience closing sales during in-home consultations.
  • Proven ability to build trust with homeowners during in-person consultations.
  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly explain product features, pricing, and financing options to homeowners.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local territory travel.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of sales experience in home improvement, remodeling, or direct-to-consumer products, ideally including home improvement sales.
  • Experience with lead management and consistent sales follow-up.
