About The Position
At Tax Resolution Plus Inc., we help individuals and business owners navigate complex IRS and state tax liabilities. We are experiencing massive growth and are looking for a high-energy, empathetic, and relentless Sales Agent to join our inbound/outbound sales team. If you are motivated to generate revenue, this position is for you!
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of phone sales or retail sales experience.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Resilience and a positive attitude; view "No" as a stepping stone to a "Yes."
- Drive to learn (no tax experience required, training is provided).
Responsibilities
- Listen and communicate to determine the best services for client needs.
- Handle high volume calls (inbound/outbound).
- Follow up with warm prospects.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Exceed monthly revenue and targets.
