Magnum Insurance Agency is seeking motivated and energetic Licensed Insurance Sales Agents who are bilingual in Spanish and English to join their growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people, building relationships, and guiding customers toward the right insurance protection. Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Active Illinois Insurance Producer License (Casualty or Motor Vehicle minimum required)
- Sales-driven and motivated personality
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable and professional work ethic
- Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and in person
- Basic computer knowledge
- Must be available to work 6 days per week, including Saturdays
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with auto insurance products and coverage options
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Explain policy coverages and insurance options clearly and professionally
- Handle policy renewals and customer follow-ups
- Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and lead opportunities
- Maintain excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Participate in ongoing insurance and sales training programs
