Requirements

  • Self‑motivated, driven, and customer‑focused individuals
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to work independently in a goal‑oriented sales environment

  • Insurance license (or willingness to obtain, depending on role requirements)

Responsibilities

  • Consult with prospects and clients to understand their health and financial needs
  • Educate Medicare‑eligible individuals on insurance options and recommend appropriate coverage
  • Guide clients through the enrollment process and answer questions about coverage
  • Prospect and build relationships with new clients using company‑provided leads
  • Maintain accurate client records using CRM tools to manage appointments, goals, and follow‑ups
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current on products, compliance, and sales best practices
