As an Allstate Sales Agent, you’ll grow your own book of business, build strong relationships in your community, and help people protect what matters most. This is a hybrid role, where you’ll spend time on-site, but are also able to enjoy a flexible work arrangement based on business needs. Requirements

  • A results‑driven, target‑focused mindset with proven success meeting sales goals.
  • Experience growing your own pipeline with the motivation to expand your network community outreach.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust quickly.
  • Comfort with prospecting and lead generation.
  • Ability to become licensed (or already licensed) to sell insurance in your province.
  • Sales experience in insurance or another relationship-focused field.

Responsibilities

  • Builds and manages their pipeline through outreach, referrals, and community involvement.
  • Meets with prospective clients, understand their needs, and use consultative selling to guide them toward the right insurance solutions.
  • Stays active locally by attending events and partnering with community organizations.
  • Maintains consistent sales activity to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Nurtures relationships that lead to long‑term business and repeat referrals.
