Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Pass a background check (no felonies or pending charges)
• Hold a valid Georgia driver's license
• Hold a valid Georgia Insurance License, or be willing to get licensed with our scholarship program
• Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn about the insurance industry, insurance programs, and state and federal regulations that may impact policyholders
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Commitment to receiving initial classroom product training, field training, and mentoring
• Commitment to continuous education throughout workshops, seminars, and conferences

Responsibilities
