About The Position

AAA Auto Club Enterprises is opening a brand new location in Kyle, Texas, inside H‑E‑B, creating a high energy environment with a steady flow of members and customers every day. This role is a bit different from a traditional branch setting. If you enjoy engaging with people, thrive in a fast paced environment, and like being out on the floor connecting with customers and bringing them into the AAA experience, this could be a great fit for you. This is not your typical branch role. You’ll be part of launching a brand new AAA presence inside one of the most popular retail environments in Texas. That means more visibility, more interaction, and more opportunity to connect with customers throughout your day. Requirements

• Sales experience highly preferred
• A natural ability to approach, engage, and connect with people in a high‑traffic environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed
• Ability to obtain and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal Lines and Life Insurance licenses
• Basic computer skills and strong organization skills
• High school diploma required
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire

Responsibilities

• Source, develop leads, and actively prospect while building your network
• Engage directly with customers in a retail environment to drive interest and sales
• Maintain a competitive drive to meet and exceed monthly goals

• Take ownership of your success and build a profitable book of business
