About The Position

Embrace Pet Insurance, a subsidiary of IPH, is a leader in redefining pet health insurance in the U.S., focusing on open communication, trustworthy products, and personal, professional customer service. Embrace is seeking a Sales Agent to report to the Manager of Sales. This role involves answering inbound sales calls and following up with prospective Pet Parents, with no cold calling required. We are looking for a self-motivated, driven individual with the work ethic and personality to thrive in a fast-paced team environment. This position is remote within the United States, requiring work from a home office. Occasional travel to the nearest office may be necessary for team meetings, training, and culture-building events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or 2 + years of sales experience
• Property and Casualty license or willingness to obtain within the first few weeks of employment

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently capture customer information in our CRM system
• Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
• Proactively manage and grow a pipeline of new business opportunities
• Responsible for hitting KPIs set by the company
• Able to effectively and professionally communicate over the phone and email
