Requirements

• Proven success in chat-based sales or comparable sales experience, at least 2 years
• Fluent Italian for client communication and English for internal coordination
• Ability to manage multiple customer interactions at the same time
• Forex trading knowledge is mandatory
• A self-starter personality with responsibility and the ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Conduct Italian chat-based conversations with potential inbound leads
• Use our scripts as a foundation, but adapt your approach to the needs of each customer
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience and build long-term relationships
