Nice To Haves

Luxury sales experience is preferred
Previous car sales experience ideal but not required
Previous call center experience (an asset but not required)

Responsibilities

Make a minimum of 100 calls per day
Converse with customers to discuss needs and direct appropriately within the dealership
Maintain accurate record keeping
Deliver 110% customer experience
Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
Collaborate with Team Members
Provide customer enthusiasm
Continuous Improvement
