About The Position

As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store to actively sell products, and offering support and guidance. You will utilize your fashion and product knowledge to provide customers with the information they need for the best experience. Additionally, you will be involved in garment replenishment and care, presentation, and maintaining a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, collaborating with the store team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience.
  • Support customers with direct customer service.
  • Guide customers through fashion trends, stories, and products.
  • Effectively promote and sell products to customers.
  • Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives.
  • Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
  • Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets.
  • Keep up-to-date with the fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers.
  • Use product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers.
  • Retain and share service, fashion, and store operations knowledge and skills with colleagues.
  • Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements.
  • Give and receive feedback with colleagues to learn, develop, and support each other.
  • Participate in relevant onboarding, introduction processes, trainings, and courses.
  • Complete the full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure good garment care.
  • Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes.
  • Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house (including stockrooms).
  • Support with garment presentation, execution, and maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends & stories according to visual & commercial guidelines.
  • Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor.
  • Uphold and follow best practices for any in-store OMNI Services & in-store tech services/tools (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store etc).
  • Support with opening and closing of the store.
  • Follow all H&S guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role and responsibilities.
