Tanner Jewelers is looking for a passionate Sales Advisor with a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service, and who will assure our customers have a memorable experience. We are looking for a Sales Advisor who will manage their customer relationships, and who will provide consistent, personalized service and after sale service, to each of those customers. Our Sales Advisors are true ambassadors for the O.C. Tanners brand and are familiar with our legacy and heritage. Our Sales Advisors continually provide expertise and advice to their clients and continually educate themselves on our business and the brands we represent. O.C. Tanner Jewelers is looking for a true collaborator. We are searching for someone who is willing to work together with our team toward store goals, and willing to steadfastly support the store, and its entire staff, during everyday operations and special events.

Requirements

• 2+ years luxury experience
• Client relationship management experience
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships.
• Provide consistent, personalized service and after-sale service.
• Act as an ambassador for the O.C. Tanner brand, familiar with its legacy and heritage.
• Provide expertise and advice to clients.
• Continuously educate themselves on the business and brands represented.
• Collaborate with the team toward store goals.
• Support the store and its staff during everyday operations and special events.
