Apex Life Advisors is expanding its sales team and looking to hire high-performing inside sales advisors. This is a full-time sales role where you will speak with individuals who have already requested information about insurance coverage and help them understand the options available. Requirements
- Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain before starting
- Ability to pass a background check with no felonies
- Strong communication skills

- Ability to follow a structured process
Responsibilities
- Conduct phone or virtual consultations with prospective clients
- Perform needs analysis and recommend coverage options
- Help clients complete applications and navigate underwriting
- Maintain a consistent schedule of calls, appointments, and follow-ups
- Build and manage a pipeline of active and prospective clients
- Participate in training and skill development
