Requirements
- Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience
- Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person”)
- Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Technology savvy
- Valid U.S. Driver’s license

- You don’t have to have automotive experience to be successful
Responsibilities
- Committed to becoming an expert by gaining in-depth knowledge of our brand's vehicles, accessories, and technology.
- Has a full knowledge and understanding of our company history and its values
- Gives customers in depth information on the owner’s manual and warranty
- Can demonstrate features of the vehicle, show the customer navigation systems, Bluetooth, etc.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
- Can conduct a dealership orientation welcome tour – introducing customers to various points of interest of the dealership.
- Give customers a full demonstration of all the services Mastria has to offer.
