About The Position

Seattle MINI is looking for a high-energy, customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our premier dealership in Seattle, Washington. If you are passionate about the MINI brand and driven by performance, we want to hear from you! This is a full-time position with a commission-based pay structure plus spiffs, with expected earnings between $60,000 and $200,000+ per year with uncapped potential. The role involves greeting customers, providing information on MINI vehicles, guiding clients through the sales process, maintaining CRM information, following up on leads, and meeting sales targets.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A "customer-first" attitude with a drive to succeed.
  • Ability to work a flexible 5-day schedule, including Saturdays and Sundays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Valid Washington State driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous automotive sales experience is a plus.
  • Additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with customers in a professional manner.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving goals.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide expert information on our legendary MINI lineup.
  • Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final delivery.
  • Maintain and update customer information within our CRM system.
  • Consistently follow up on leads and foster long-term customer relationships.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
