About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a well-rounded Sales Advisor to provide excellent service to customers and support the success of its retail locations. Sales Advisors represent the company’s values and brand philosophy, help customers find products and style choices, and contribute ideas and improvements to the retail and glasses-shopping experience. They also support their teams and help foster an inclusive environment by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Requirements

Customer-facing experience in a service-minded environment.
Ability to adapt, solve problems proactively, and react quickly to unexpected situations.
Positive team-player attitude and ability to lead by example.
Effective communication skills with a variety of people.
Organized, attentive, and detail-oriented.
Energetic self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Interest in fashion and technology.
Must not be listed on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
