About The Position
Morgan Chevrolet is hiring Sales Advisors! We offer our associates a team environment, great benefits, and ongoing training and support. We are looking for TOP NOTCH performers to join our growing team! Our Average pay range 60k-100k per year - but has potential to be much higher depending on skill level! We are looking for self-motivated individuals with a positive attitude, good customer service skills, a strong work ethic, goal orientation, high energy, basic computer skills, and the ability to follow a process. - Saturdays required and some Sundays
Nice To Haves
- Previous car sales experience ideal but not required
- Previous call center experience (an asset but not required)
Responsibilities
- Make a minimum of 100 calls per day.
- Converse with customers to discuss needs and direct appropriately within the dealership.
- Provide 110% customer experience.
- Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.
- Collaborate with Team Members.
