Requirements

• Experience with customer service
• Experience in customer service and sales

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with courtesy and professionalism
• Advise customers on the various products, while ensuring that their needs are met
• Opening and updating patient records
• Perform tasks related to invoicing on receipt of products for sale
• Other administrative tasks
• Make appointments, call backs, and confirm appointments
• Receive and participate in the inventory of frames
• Ensure the collection of fees and products sold
• Performs preliminary eye exam tests
• Participate in branch management activities to maintain an excellent experience
• Assist customers in the selection of frames and lenses under the supervision of the professional
• Greeting customers
• Make appointments for customers
• Daily close-out and cash deposits
• Account receivables
• Receiving and returning merchandise
• Third party billing
• All other duties as required
