Requirements
- No experience needed, we are looking for strong work ethics and reliability!
- Experienced in luxury car sales
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Good customer service skills and work ethic
- Goal oriented and high energy
- Basic computer skills and the ability to follow a process
- Willingness to learn
- Previous car sales experience ideal
- Must Be Professional with a confident attitude
- Knowledge of telephone, text and email techniques and etiquette
- Strong customer service and phone skills
- Efficient with Time management
- Organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic and detail-oriented
- Positive, flexible and process-oriented
- Quick thinker and learner
- An interest in the automotive industry
- Able to thrive in a fast paced, changing environment
- Enjoy providing customer enthusiasm
Nice To Haves
- Luxury sales experience is preferred.
- Previous call center experience (an asset but not required)
