About The Position

The Sales Advisor role involves assisting customers in finding the right vehicle based on their needs, working out financing options, and managing sales leads and documentation through computer systems. The position requires adherence to administrative responsibilities, including deal documentation and cash handling, as well as proactive customer follow-up to ensure satisfaction and secure business. Compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies to safeguard customer identity is also a key aspect of the role.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail industry
Must be self-motivated with strong decision making and problem solving abilities
Ability to work with customers in a professional manner and a team environment
Ability to negotiate
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent telephone etiquette
Excellent typing and computer skills
Great listen ability

Responsibilities

Assist customers in determining the right vehicle based on customer needs
Work out financing options for the customer
Utilize computer systems to handle sales leads and sales
Understand and execute all administrative responsibilities including but not limited to deal documentation and cash handling
Follow up with prospective customers in an effort to earn their business
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchase
