About The Position
Warby Parker is seeking a well-rounded Sales Advisor to deliver excellent service to customers at its NorthPark Center retail location. Advisors support Warby Parker’s retail locations and contribute to business success through customer interactions, process ideation and improvement, and special projects. The role involves introducing customers to Warby Parker’s values and brand, helping make glasses shopping an enjoyable experience, and supporting an inclusive, respectful store culture.
Requirements
- Customer-facing experience in a service-minded environment.
- Proactive, adaptable problem-solving skills and the ability to react quickly in unexpected situations.
- Positive team-player attitude and ability to lead by example.
- Effective communication with a variety of people.
- Organization, attentiveness, and attention to detail.
- Energetic self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Interest in fashion and technology.
- Must not be on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
