Requirements

  • 2+ years of home services sales experience required
  • Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build trust and develop long-term customer relationships
  • Excellent problem-solving and consultative selling abilities
  • Team-oriented mindset with a passion for mentoring and helping others succeed
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

  • Residential plumbing, drain, or sewer experience preferred
  • ServiceTitan experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Utilize sewer camera technology to identify plumbing and sewer issues in residential homes
  • Diagnose drain and sewer system problems and prepare accurate repair and replacement estimates
  • Present customized repair solutions and guide homeowners through their options
  • Execute the sewer sales process while providing exceptional customer service and communication
  • Partner with drain and plumbing technicians to support and strengthen the sales process
  • Assist in developing and implementing drain technician training and best practices
  • Prepare detailed statements of work and supporting documentation for seamless project handoffs
  • Communicate with customers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure complete satisfaction
  • Assist customers in understanding and securing financing options when appropriate
  • Participate in ongoing training and share lessons learned and industry best practices with the team
