About The Position

Chastang Truck Center is seeking a sharp, dependable, and highly organized bilingual professional to serve as the face of their sales office. This role is responsible for keeping commercial truck inventory and deal operations running smoothly. The position offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to become a key part of a well-established commercial truck dealership. It is a full-time position with a Monday through Friday schedule, though occasional extended hours may be required during busy periods. The role combines front-desk reception, vehicle inventory coordination, and fleet sales administration. Responsibilities include managing a multi-line phone system, greeting customers, maintaining accurate inventory records in CDK, processing deal documentation, and supporting the commercial sales team. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required for customer support throughout the sales and F&I process.

Requirements

Bilingual required (English/Spanish).

Proficiency in CDK software.
Ability to communicate effortlessly in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

Manage multi-line phone system, greet customers, and handle front office operations.
Perform daily CDK inventory entries, VIN pulls, vehicle labeling, and stock board maintenance.
Process fleet deals, generate sold reports, and prepare Assignment of Proceeds (AOP).
Provide bilingual customer support throughout the sales and F&I process.
Maintain accurate commercial truck inventory records.
Support the commercial sales team.
