Requirements

  • Ability to enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball.
  • Ability to transmit information or documents using a computer, mail, or facsimile machine.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment other than computers.
  • Proficiency in preparing letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
  • Skill in handling incoming and outgoing mail, including date stamping and distributing.
  • Ability to create and maintain computer- and paper-based filing and organization systems.
  • Capability to compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
  • Proficiency in entering and locating work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems.
  • Adherence to all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintenance of clean and professional uniform and personal appearance.
  • Maintenance of confidentiality of proprietary information.

Responsibilities
