Requirements

• Customer service background preferred — retail, hospitality, or similar
• Strong organizational skills; able to multitask and reprioritize on the fly
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
• Comfortable learning new software (we'll train you on HUB)
• Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm availability
• No appliance industry experience required

Responsibilities

• Managing quotes and orders
• Owning more of the customer relationship
• Ensuring a customer's experience goes smoothly
