About The Position

At Landers Appliance, we value our team and are committed to investing in your career growth. As a Sales Admin, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and delivering an exceptional experience to every customer who walks through our doors or calls in. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on staying organized, talking to people all day, and keeping a lot of moving pieces on track. Success here means excelling in four key areas: Staying Organized – You keep track of quotes, orders, and follow-ups without anything slipping through the cracks. Success in this role starts with the ability to juggle details without losing track of a single one. Communicating Clearly – You'll talk to customers on the phone and in person all day, plus coordinate with our sales and install teams. Your communication skills help set expectations and keep everyone informed. Caring About the Customer Experience – You'll be the first point of contact for walk-ins and phone calls. Your ability to listen, understand, and respond thoughtfully is key. Learning Fast – No appliance industry experience required, but you'll need to pick up our product lineup, pricing, and sales system quickly. We'll train you — you bring the curiosity. If this sounds like your kind of challenge, you'll fit right in.
