The RBDC’s Sales Activator primary role is to increase winning versus competition in Large Format accounts. This role involves driving collaborative relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders, increasing in-store presence in line with Perfect Store standards, and maintaining and increasing product range in all stores. The position also requires coverage of a defined territory, effective outlet coverage at optimum frequencies, and proficiency in retailer ways of working to expand in-store presence. Sales effectiveness, category education, and quality sales calls are key components of this role.
