The Sales Account Manager is responsible for driving growth across Sensata's automotive aftermarket and Original Equipment Service (OES) channels, with a primary focus on dealer networks and OEM-affiliated service organizations. This role develops strategic relationships with key dealer groups, supports aftermarket product initiatives, identifies revenue growth opportunities, and works closely with customers to increase product adoption and market penetration. The position serves as the primary commercial contact for assigned accounts, collaborating with product and project teams, marketing, pricing/contracting, and OE Account Managers to execute growth strategies, improve margins, support customer needs, and strengthen Sensata's presence within the automotive service and repair market. Success requires strong account management, business development, and relationship-building skills, along with a solid understanding of automotive aftermarket distribution, dealer programs, and OEM service networks.
