About The Position

The position will utilize professional selling techniques and product knowledge to drive MAHLE sales growth and capture market share within the heavy duty product segment working with and better understanding Fleets. This position will be focused on long-term strategic account planning to effectively manage all customer base to increase sales revenue and profitability growth for MAHLE.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years previous or related experience.
  • Experience in sales, strategic planning and business development
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to identify and sell win-win scenarios
  • Must be a results-oriented, self-starter requiring minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated track record of working with customers, peers, and management to accomplish both long- and short-term goals
  • Proven record of successfully growing a business with expanded customers and markets
  • Experience building and managing customer relationships to seek out and identify new business opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Focus on heavy duty market lines inclusive of all sales channels.
  • Develops and executes comprehensive strategies to promote and sell MAHLE products into the national and regional HD and MD Fleets (direct and indirect).
  • Identifies customer prospects and initiates contact with targeted accounts.
  • Conducts customer needs assessments and prepares and delivers presentations/proposals.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters for specific major accounts.
  • May conduct negotiations with customer on pricing in accordance with agreed upon targets.
  • Other duties and responsabilities may be required.
