About The Position

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is hiring a Sales Account Manager to serve San Jose and surrounding communities. The role focuses on achieving sales objectives, acquiring new business, maintaining distribution, executing retail sales plans and promotions, and ensuring product quality, freshness, and availability. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, with a start time between 6 a.m. and 7 a.m. Pay is $30.52–$38.15 per hour, plus monthly incentives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience, or high school diploma/GED with 3 to 5+ years of specific experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, an acceptable driving record, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance coverage at least at the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law.
• Must be able to lift 25 to 50 pounds regularly and up to 175 pounds when handling keg product.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes to meet monthly business objectives while acquiring new business and maintaining established distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail in a timely and productive manner, including communicating pricing and promotions, coordinating product displays and point-of-sale materials, and supporting promotional events and other product promotion opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with Quality Control and product code date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage accurate inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues.
• Monitor product placement and rotation in selling and storage areas to maintain freshness and maximize shelf impact.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.
