Requirements

  • At least 4 years of sales experience in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive structure, development and manufacturing processes, and electrical instrumentation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent education
  • Self-motivated, analytical and a team player
  • Ambitious and performance driven personality
  • Enjoy selling and a hands-on person
  • Open-mind for cultural deference and diversity
  • Candidates must be US citizen or Permanent resident.

Nice To Haves

  • Understand and have knowledge of EV battery cell/module/pack and EV powertrain structure (inverter, motor, etc.)
  • Ability to develop connections with major automotive/EV companies (GM, Ford Motor, Stellantis, etc.), Tier 1 auto parts companies (BorgWarner, Lear, etc.), tool vendors (AVL, ETAS, dSPACE, etc.), and automotive/battery system integrators

Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales targets
  • Develop new customers, prospect new opportunities and foster good customer relationship for revenue growth and customer retention
  • Deliver presentations and hands-on demonstrations of products, applications and technologies for the purpose of product sales
  • Plan and prepare sales visits, maintain customers and update project status / activities daily
  • Work with Product Marketing team to organize meetings and workshops/trainings with customers
