Sales Account Manager
About The Position
Devil Mountain Wholesale Nursery is seeking a performance-driven Sales Account Manager to deliver best-in-class service while driving sales growth at our Eagle Creek, Oregon location. This role manages the full sales lifecycle, from estimates and inventory inquiries to order processing, delivery coordination, and invoicing. The Sales Account Manager builds strong customer relationships, anticipates contractor needs, and leverages plant knowledge and operational awareness to ensure accurate, timely, and professional execution. This position partners closely with Dispatch, Purchasing, Inventory, and Yard teams to deliver consistent results and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2+ years in nursery, landscape, or related industry
- Sales and customer service experience
- Strong plant knowledge or ability to quickly develop expertise
- Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS/inventory systems

- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Experience in a high-volume wholesale or contractor-focused environment
