About The Position

Uline is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to develop and grow their Marlborough, Massachusetts market. This role involves helping businesses discover quality products with excellent speed and service. As the "CEO" of your territory, you will identify growth opportunities, meet with existing customers on-site, and build strong relationships. You will be part of the Boston, MA sales team, requiring regular trips to the office for team camaraderie, training, and department meetings. The company offers 4 weeks of Uline-specific sales training, followed by a 12-week mentorship program, and continuous career development. Uline is a family-owned company, North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, employing over 9,800 individuals across 14 locations and 17 sales offices. Uline maintains a drug-free workplace, requiring all new hires to complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent written / verbal communication, problem-solving and presentation skills
  • Valid driver’s license and great driving record

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years previous sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing accounts as well as prospect for new business
  • Spend Monday planning and scheduling, on-site visits with customers Tuesday - Friday
  • Create effective solutions for customers using our 43,000 high quality products
