About The Position

ServiceMaster Restore is seeking a relationship-driven salesperson to help more people find them when they need restoration services most. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, and referral partners, generating new business, and managing a sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and possess excellent communication skills, with a passion for helping people in difficult times.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents, adjusters and referral partners
  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking groups, and local events
  • Actively communicate with Emergency Response teams to support incoming opportunities
  • Manage your sales pipeline and follow up on opportunities using CRM tools
  • Present our services and secure ongoing referral partnerships
  • Work closely with Emergency Response teams on active opportunities
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency leads, with the opportunity to earn commission
  • Support homeowners and partners throughout the restoration process
  • Meet and exceed monthly goals
