About The Position

To continually build our business in terms of market share, sales volumes, distribution, revenues, and profitability within a specific sales territory. To continually seek out new business opportunities and develop the salesmanship and expertise for building brands through displays, shelf and cold box management, pricing, on and off premise point of sale merchandising, on-premise promotions/features, and on-premise package/draft share dominance. To develop outstanding internal and external customer relationships and provide the “best in class” customer service level in the marketplace.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Valid Louisiana driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Reliable personal vehicle available for regular business use and able to transport handtruck/dolly, beverage cases, marketing materials and work tools.
  • Undergraduate college degree or acceptable position-related experience level.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of sales experience, outside sales preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
  • Highly professional, with ability to interface well with internal and external contacts.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment both individually as well as part of a team.
  • Needs to be self-motivated, have strong work ethic, and practice ethical conduct.
  • Excellent customer relations skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Ability to work under stress.
  • Ability to perform multiple daily tasks on a computer.
  • Repeated bending, walking, standing, twisting and turning.
  • Ability to frequently lift/carry at least 50 lbs and push/pull at least 240 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • Consumer product industry sales experience preferred.
  • Alcoholic beverage industry sales experience preferred.
  • Beer industry sales experience preferred.
