Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a similar role within the B2B sales environment.
Demonstrated track record of success in building relationships and achieving sales targets.
Self-directed and focused on outcomes; takes initiative, acts decisively, and consistently delivers results.
Good listener, curious, with a passion for learning about customer needs, solving problems, and winning business.
Ability to plan and prepare to conduct effective sales calls, make persuasive presentations, handle objections, negotiate, demonstrate value, and close deals.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
