We are seeking a results-driven Field Sales Representative to develop new business in the packaging industry. This position is focused on prospecting, solution selling, and closing profitable accounts. This is a true performance-based role — the more you sell, the more you earn. Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales or account management experience (packaging industry preferred)
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or packaging environments highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently and manage territory
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new business in targeted market segments
  • Actively seek and develop new sales opportunities through cold calls, networking, and industry events
  • Manage full sales cycle from cold outreach to long-term account development
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales revenue, margin, and new business targets
  • Maintain, develop and strengthen existing client relationships
  • Conduct on-site consultations and solution presentations
  • Maintain active pipeline and accurate sales reporting
