Sales Account Managers are responsible for growing business with new and existing customers by matching customer needs with the company's broad product portfolio, supported by digital tools, a network of technical experts, specialized market expertise, and a global distribution network. Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a similar role within the B2B sales environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in building relationships and achieving sales targets.
  • Self-directed and focused on outcomes.
  • Takes initiative, acts decisively, and consistently delivers results.
  • Good listener and curious, with a passion for learning about customer needs, solving problems, and winning business.
  • Plans and prepares to conduct effective sales calls, make persuasive presentations, handle objections, negotiate, demonstrate value, and close deals.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in water treatment or chemical industry.
  • Familiarity with contract management and bidding processes.
  • A bachelor’s degree.
