Sales Account Manager

About The Position

PromoCentric is looking for a motivated entry-level Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support client accounts by helping coordinate projects, preparing quotes, tracking orders, and providing timely updates. You’ll work closely with internal teams and vendors to help deliver branded programs and fulfillment solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn the promotional products industry, build strong client relationships, and grow a career in sales and account management.

Requirements

  • Interest in sales, account management, or customer success; internships or related experience a plus
  • Basic understanding of customer service, sales, or negotiation principles (training provided)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, and Word)
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to prioritize work, follow through, and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, friendly written and verbal communication with teammates, suppliers, and clients

Nice To Haves

  • BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or 2 – 4 years equivalent experience)
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, account coordination, or internships in a related area
  • Exposure to B2B sales environments is helpful, but not required
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Learn and apply tools, buying group resources, and internal systems to support efficient quoting, order entry, and client service.
  • Coordinate with in-house decorating teams (screen print, embroidery, direct-to-garment) to help ensure artwork and production details are accurate.
  • Assist in communicating PromoCentric’s capabilities (warehousing, pick and pack, and fulfillment) to clients and prospects.
  • Support client ordering and fulfillment workflows as assigned, including item setup details, timelines, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Support existing accounts through phone and email communication, maintaining accurate records in CRM/spreadsheets and escalating questions as needed.
  • Assist with issue resolution and after-sales support by documenting concerns, coordinating next steps, and partnering with the appropriate teams.
