This role is responsible for delivering best-in-class Guest experiences from the inquiry stage to post-event follow-up. The Sales Account Manager will partner with the Director of Sales (DOS) to foster a fun and engaging work environment, maintain a high level of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization, and work to ensure all goals and objectives assigned by the DOS are completed in a timely fashion. The position involves identifying opportunities for sales process improvements and communicating them to the DOS, and working with the Operations Team to ensure flawless execution of all events. The role also requires meeting or exceeding outbound sales objectives to grow event sales, and maintaining professional and technical knowledge through continuous learning and networking. Additionally, the Sales Account Manager will drive awareness of the Topgolf brand in the community and demonstrate Topgolf’s Core Values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit, and Caring.
