About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our growing digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing client relationships, driving account growth, and delivering exceptional customer service. Previous experience in a digital marketing agency is mandatory.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager in a digital marketing agency (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Paid Advertising.
  • Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Develop strong client relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance and present insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct regular strategy meetings and business reviews with clients.
