Vesta Home (dba Showroom Group) is seeking a motivated and results-driven sales professional to support growth within an assigned region. This role is part of our Core Sales team, reports to the Senior Regional Sales Director, and is responsible for managing a larger and more complex book of business, expanding existing client relationships, and generating new opportunities across our staging, luxury lease furniture rentals, and related service offerings. This role is focused on driving revenue through consultative sales, strong client relationships, and consistent pipeline activity. Success in this role requires disciplined CRM usage, proactive outreach, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities through the full sales cycle. Each sales role at Vesta has a defined performance expectation. This role is responsible for achieving activity and opportunity-generation targets assigned to the position. Roles within the sales organization are differentiated by quota level, account responsibility, and scope, with performance expectations aligned to the level of the role.
