The Sales Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales goals within assigned timeframes that meet monthly business objectives. This role actively acquires new business and maintains established distribution. The position involves the timely and productive execution of sales plans and promotions at retail, securing trade support by communicating pricing and product promotions, coordinating use of product displays and point-of-sale materials, promotional events, and other product promotion opportunities. The Account Manager must maintain compliance with Quality Control and product code date standards, plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts, and manage accurate inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues. Additionally, they will monitor product placement and rotation in both selling and storage areas to ensure freshness and maximize shelf impact. Other projects or duties may be assigned.
