Manages and grows Fetal and Maternal Monitoring business within an assigned territory by driving revenue, executing contracts, and building strong customer partnerships. Reporting to the Regional Sales Leader. Your role: Execute the territory Fetal Monitoring sales strategy, aligning daily activities with regional and national objectives. Drive revenue growth, pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and contract pull-through across assigned hospital and Integrated Delivery Network accounts. Build and manage long-term customer relationships, engaging multiple stakeholders to understand needs and deliver value-based solutions. Support and execute contract implementation and compliance, coordinating with cross-functional partners to ensure pricing accuracy, utilization, and customer satisfaction. Analyze territory and account performance, market dynamics, and customer trends to prioritize opportunities and drive growth. The role provides hands-on exposure to complex healthcare selling, system-level accounts, and cross-functional collaboration, serving as a strong development opportunity for senior account, key account, or sales leadership roles; travel within the territory is required.
