As the Sales Account Manager - Education Division, you'll lead business development efforts, build long-term partnerships with school districts, and help shape the future of our education staffing services. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of business development experience in staffing, healthcare, education, or a related industry.
  • Experience with consultative, long-cycle B2B sales.
  • Strong background in contract negotiations and responding to RFPs.
  • Experience using CRM and ATS platforms to manage sales pipelines and client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive results.

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of K-12 staffing models and special education services is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with federal and state education regulations, including special education compliance, is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for K-12 staffing services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with school districts and educational organizations.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, KPIs, and territory objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and forecast growth opportunities.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop effective client outreach campaigns.
  • Lead proposal development, pricing strategies, and RFP responses.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM reporting.
  • Represent the organization at conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Support client onboarding and implementation.
  • Serve as a primary or backup account manager when needed.
  • Resolve escalated client issues while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Collaborate with account managers to develop annual hiring forecasts.
  • Build lasting relationships with school leaders and district decision-makers.
  • Review client agreements and monitor client satisfaction and retention metrics.
  • Represent the company during client meetings and industry events.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development as the division grows.
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics and accountability measures.
  • Develop scalable systems and operational processes that support growth.
  • Lead change management initiatives and continuous process improvement.
  • Support talent development, onboarding, and retention initiatives across the division.
