About The Position

As a Sales, Account Manager – CV Ultrasound, you will develop and drive credible and productive long-term relations with customers, by understanding their business needs and providing tailored value propositions, being the orchestrator of the relationships with all of the accounts within the territory. Your role: Building and maintaining effective relationships with the customer at all levels in the buying organization and Philips team. Understanding customer requirements and providing solutions in a consultative way while meeting their needs. Developing and owning strategies for customers within assigned territory that will achieve business growth targets. Negotiating solutions and closing deals by reaching agreements with mutual satisfaction to Customers and Philips. Once an order is closed, continuing communication with the customer to ensure high customer satisfaction while addressing any concerns. Ensuring order processing, architectural service, construction, and shipment schedules to equipment installation are orderly and timely by communicating with logistics and project managers.

Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline or equivalent.
  • You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience in hospital capital sales.
  • Your skills include deep knowledge of the CV portfolio, develop strong relationships, strong closing skills, solution selling and execution skills in a complex team selling environment, demonstrated ability to develop strategies to convert competitive accounts.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.
  • You’re a super engaging, charming, hard worker.
  • Must live within the territory.
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment.
  • For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Upstate New York, or Albany to Buffalo

Benefits

  • Target Earning potential is $211,750 to $266,000 annually, plus company fleet/car.
  • Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
  • Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
