About the role: Business Development (40%) Learn how to prospect and engage healthcare facilities seeking Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers and Nurses on a daily contingent basis. Conduct outbound outreach via cold calling, LinkedIn, and email to generate new opportunities Build your own pipeline with guidance, training, and daily activity goals This role includes high-volume cold calling , with some days heavily focused on outbound calls. You should be comfortable spending a large portion of your day on the phone Account Management (40%) Support and build relationships with clients to ensure a positive experience Assist in matching candidates to client needs Learn how to manage accounts and create repeat business over time Recruitment & Candidate Management (20%) Assist in identifying qualified physicians and nurses using our tools and platforms Screen candidates, build relationships, and guide them through the hiring process Maintain organized records using StaffDNA’s CRM system

Requirements

  • Must reside within commutable distance to Plano, TX headquarters.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or relevant coursework/work experience) preferred.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, recruiting, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to be on the phone frequently.
  • Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and outbound outreach.
  • Competitive, motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Coachable and open to feedback in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
