Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and confidence talking on the phone

  • Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred, but experience is valued too

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with customers and transportation partners
  • Identify new business opportunities through daily outreach
  • Coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery
  • Solve problems in real time while keeping customers updated
  • Price and negotiate freight movement
  • Track activity and manage opportunities using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with teammates to support customer needs and hit goals
