Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience working in a mid-level sales role
  • 3 or more years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Intermediate Computer Skills Including: Microsoft Windows; Microsoft Office Suite Including Word and Excel; G-Suite; and more
  • Experience with Hubspot or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree or Bachelor’s degree in related fields or equivalent experience
  • Experience with specialty retail or field service businesses
  • Experience using Evosus products.
  • Experience managing a pipeline or book of business (relationship driven sales)

Responsibilities

  • Identifying, qualifying, and closing new logo SaaS business.
  • Owning the full sales cycle from initial engagement through close.
  • Qualifying leads, leading effective discovery, and guiding prospects toward our cloud business software solution.
  • Managing pipeline, consistent follow-up, and translating operational pain points into clear value that motivates a purchase.
  • Researching companies and contacts.
  • Participating in inbound and outbound sales campaigns.
  • Qualifying each sales opportunity before accepting an order.
  • Utilizing a variety of sources including websites, social media, and industry publications to develop insight into each prospect for active engagement.
  • Becoming well-versed in the functionality and value of Evosus products & services, obtaining a thorough understanding of how they’re relevant to a day-in-the-life of our prospective clients, empathizing with prospect pain points and demonstrating how we provide a solution.
  • Communicating with assigned prospects using phone, video calls and email.
  • Responding to inbound leads quickly and efficiently.
  • Proactively participating in outbound sales campaigns.
  • Prioritizing daily activities to achieve sales goals and quotas.
  • Demonstrating our software products, as well as hardware and other add-on products, via online video conferencing and in person demonstrations.
  • Ensuring that we are accepting orders from qualified clients.
  • Building strong client relationships.
  • Staying current with company offerings and industry trends.
  • Assisting as needed with internal sales to existing clients.
  • Documenting daily activities in our CRM.
  • Relentlessly, methodically, persistently, and professionally following up with prospects until they’ve made a buying decision.
  • Participating in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings, pipeline reviews, client meetings, researching and assisting with program development to drive new business.
  • Representing the Evosus brand with integrity and professionalism at all times.
  • Representing Evosus in a professional way that generates positive results at tradeshows and other public facing events.
